Revealweb (the union catalogue of material in alternative formats) is
the best place to start for texts available on cassette or in Braille
from RNIB or NLB - they have reasonable holdings of material likely
to be wanted by undergraduates.
Otherwise, a couple of French sites for electronic texts I found are:
ABU (Association des Bibliophiles Universels)
http://abu.cnam.fr/
Association @lyon
http://www.alyon.org/
The University of Virginia's Electronic Text Center has an extensive
collection of electronic texts (though most of them are restricted to
members of the University) - however they have useful guides to web
resources available at:
http://etext.lib.virginia.edu/french.html
and http://etext.lib.virginia.edu/spanish/
And the University of Adelaide French department has a useful list of
links at:
