Hi Andrew
For me the most pertinent question your scenario raised was what happens if
the student refuses support now (in response to the survey team) ? Should
the team keep a record? Is it entitled to communicate the refusal to
Disability Support so that should the student later complain to them or
elsewhere that he hasn't had support they have that information to defend
the institution's legitimate interests? But I haven't any time to look
anything up (unless it flows from a student query).
But, hey, nearly the end of Friday (for these purposes)
Best wishes
Paul
