It isn't necessarily the employer that made the information available.
And I wasn't referring to the publication of sickness records in general
as being "in the public interest" only in this particular case.

It is unlikely that an employer would qualify for this exemption.
Sickness
records are not necessarily "in the public interest" either - a wholly
separate
argument.
