As far as I can see the existing SI almost covers this. Note how
regulation 21(1)(b) only talks about "subscribers", and not "individual
subscribers" and/or "corporate subscribers".

The Transposition Note also says, with respect to Article 13.5 of the
Directive:
"Regulations 19, 20( 1)( b) and (c), 21( 1)( a) and 25 protect
the interests of corporate subscribers."
http://www.dti.gov.uk/industry_files/pdf/transposition_note_20030918.pdf
But regulation 26 doesn't instruct Ofcom to keep a register of corporate
subscribers, so the new regulation will presumably be an extension of
regulation 26. So it's probably worth keeping an eye on their website
too. There are no pertinent draft SIs yet on the relevant HMSO website.
