Interesting observations
Haven't looked at link yet yet but similar to Charles I will look, then
metaphorically walk if the host web site attempts to collect personal data
in a manner not compliant with my understanding of DPA. However usually on
most web pages, if determined, you can get to the underlying information
without providing any real personal data.
The authors maketing initiative of a free read to attract potential
customers of DPA educational material appears flawed at first hurdle. How
good is the DPA educational material I wonder if their marketing provider
doesn't understand how to design a compliant personal data collection page?.
