I suspect this comment is an indication of the real reason the judges reached
their decision. As the details Mr Durant was requesting could have led to
action against Barclays Bank, and potentially the FSA themselves, the CofA could
not really have found the case any other way. It will be interesting to see
which exemption they use next January when loads of requests go in for a copy
of the file under FoI.
