As I understood it, disclosure to the student is necessary under some of the
agreements (police vetting), as a means of:-
meeting fair obtaining;
ensuring accurate data;
providing a means of challenge of that data;
confirming a correct comprehension of the data;
etc.
The issues should be documented within any agreement providing for
disclosure to your organisation, together with a method to challenge the
data if necessary.
