With such a form, WHO signs that they agree to data sharing?
I recall that Scotland is different, but the rest of the UK treats a child
as able to understand rights when they are able to show that they understand
them under the DPA

Subject: [data-protection] Schools admission form
Has anyone developed an admission form for schools which complies with the
data protection act in respect of data sharing. At present our admission
form has a basic data sharing statement but nothing that particularly
specifies who they will share data with. I have considered 2 methods, 1
having a general statement saying that they will share will local
authorities, education, police etc and 2 one that will give specific
organisations.
Can anyone help
