Following Durant v FSA has anyone got any views as to whether an email address
alone, whether in the hands of the ICO or indeed any list member, is personal
data? Would these alone fail as personal data on the biographical information
question?
Same goes for name and address alone - these being outside the ecommunications
regulations raises an interesting consideration for those involved in direct
mailing...

Mmm. Does that mean you are of the opinion that a Principle 7 breach has
occurred?
