In an article I read recently it believed schools have special dispensation regarding this. I will leave it to the more knowledgeable members to confirm this but I sure I read about this somewhere....

All
20 working days to answer a request.........but during the summer holidays our schools (mainly primaries) who are part of the Council close completely...so, if a request comes in during that time and no one picks it up until the start of the Autumn term how would we stand especially if the 20 working day period was over. (A short explanation or would we be penalised?) or is it just wait and see..................As usual, your views much appreciated.
Hey ho......
