What you say sounds like flats which are advertised *officially* through the
university as opposed to flats you know exist because you happen to know
that students live there.
I would give the data. There again I don't have to make the decision so I
could be wrong :-)
a. Better a DP coplaint than a dead student.
b. Surely the owner of - or agent for - the property is running a business and as
such I don't see what DP has to do with it.
