Dear All
I have been called by the marketing department of my bank before now and been asked for
security questions. I suppose this is so if they manage to sell me holiday insurance or
something they can take the payment from my account immediately
Although I don't mind these sorts of questions if I have initiated the call, clearly if
my bank call me I have no way of verifying it is them so I naturally refuse to answer
these type of questions. This has the added benefit of not being sold stuff I do not
really need.
Is this because i am more suspicious than Tim ?
