Only if tfl ask them for "the details of Vauxhall Corsa ABC123D", rather
than "the details of ABC123D".
Did we ever hear if the numberplate was a clone, or merely mis-read by
the OCR cameras? Of course, it could also be a database mistake from
when both the cars were new.
