Hmm, at least one [1] of my weeks wait was them "finding someone to sign
the cheque", once the amount had been approved. A wetware problem, not
IT.
[1] I know this because I saw them on a Tuesday, and the amount was
apparently agreed the previous Wednesday, and was awaiting said
signatory; the cheque arrived the following Monday ie 12 days after the
amount was agreed).
