So this brings all instances of mistaken identity under the DPA banner?
Is there any "allowance" at all for human error in the processing; or
(as is probably the case here) no human at all being involved in an
automatic process that's been fooled by an illegal act of a third party?
(I assume the car in question has the *same* numberplate as yours - not
one that has been mistakenly OCR'd to the same?)
