Dear all,
Received a request from the local council today in respect of an annual
canvass of electors, they seek access to full names, addresses and
nationalities of staff and students within one of our residences.
Have yet to establish if the request originated from an Electoral
Registration Officer, but irrespectively, does the Representation of
the People Act 2000 oblige us to disclose this information?
Have checked the archive and whilst there's a bunch of related stuff, I
can't discover anything on the above specific.
