I would go through the full SAR process, including making him prove his
identity and levying the fee. I would definitely remove the name of any
person who is not the individual concerned, and I Would state in advance
that this will be done as a matter of normal process

Hi All
Member of the public has phoned in to ask if he can have a copy of a letter
which has been sent in anonymously making a complaint about him. How he
knows a letter has been sent in - I don;t know but the fact that he does
know indicates to me that he knows who the sender is and can therefore
identify the individual? Help - do I send hima copy of the letter? All
views greatly appreciated as usual.............
