If your question is whether such information is sensitive personal data (as
distinct from plain old sensitive information) then the usual tests apply.
It has to be data (automated processing, recorded in a structured manual
file, accessible public record etc), and it has to be personal data
(relating to an identifiable living individual etc). And, of course, it
needs to pass the Durant test (biographical, focused on the data subject
etc).
It is undoubtedly sensitive information for the reasons expressed by Ian B.
Accordingly, regardless of whether it is sensitive personal data, you may
well want to consider treating it as such.

Subject: [data-protection] Information on Types of Properties
I am going to assume (and pray obviously), that I am correct in my thinking.
If we state whether in print or by word of mouth, that a property is built
for disabled people, surely we are not giving out sensitive info about
persons living there or that can live there.
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, though I do have a sneaky feeling I
just might be correct
Cheers all
