And what of things that aren't yet indiscretions. What if a future
government decided that the NHS was broke because of smoking related
disease, and having wrung every last cent of compensation from the
tobacco companies turns on the users. And forfeits the pension and
savings of anyone who has ever smoked (or is that "starting with anyone
who has bought cigarettes with a Tesco loyalty Card").
(I'm not a smoker).
