I couldn't resist forwarding this!
In this week's IT Week, on the back page (in the SNEAK section), there's
a brief piece about the Beagle 2 project, contrasting it with the rather
more successful Nasa's Spirit project. ..."Sneak has a theory. Might
it [Beagle 2] actually be intact and functioning on the Red Planet, but
reluctant to send back information about all the local life it has found
- in case doing so contravenes the Data Protection Act?"
Well, it made me chuckle.
Best wishes,
Adrian
