Thank you for your input, the question was "Does a speeding offence
qualify for a S29(1) exemption" and the answer is obviously - Yes
however, as each request is on a case by case basis, there is a risk of
miss identification with poor photos so disclosure was refused
internally on those grounds.
The interesting article on the Asst Chief Constable prosecution for not
identifying their own speeding driver has resulted in the fine being
settled regardless of who was driving!
