I would prefer the whole record to be removed I am not happy about old
records lying around with "so called flags" on them to say NOT guilty
are you? I find this really bizarre in fact.
To a much lesser extent but also very important for an employee if one
gets Disciplined here at South Bank it is physically removed from your
file (paper and computer) when the time is spent.
How can this be changed?
This could be a topic for the Data Protection Forum or NADPO perhaps?
