Two different thoughts here. (1) Is a name on its own sufficient to
identify a particular living individual (2) Assuming a particular
individual is identifiable, is the name automatically personal data?
The Auld extract a few messages down says a name not "necessarily"
personal data. It only becomes so if in the context it affects the
individual's privacy. This was also Martin Hoskin's point earlier on.
