Elizabeth France disagrees with you, and said so in OIC advice a couple
of years ago. (Yes, I know it wasn't called the OIC at the time).
There may be some email addresses that are borderline (eg those which
are CB-style "handles"), but most business and professional people's
email addresses are clearly identifiable back to the person.
