I'm not sure how the two could be distinguished. The record of
treatment provided to deal with a damaged tooth (which in serious cases
may include treatment under general anaesthetic in hospital) is as much
a record relating to the individual's physical health as a record of
the treatment of a damaged foot. Also, dentists are explicitly defined
as "health professionals" in s 69.
