I agree with you entirely, they should not be asking for a phone number
at all. What is their reason and purpose I wonder if not to badger her
etc...............:-)
Can't she add a false one like 333 444555 to get round it and write a
stiff letter to the Registrar and the DP Officer and complain.
Every little bits helps as they say for us all to get it right and take
DP seriously!
