Other than a few posts recently, I would have been classed as a "quiet
member" so I may be speaking for some of the other quiet ones!
I have subscribed to this list for a good few months, and read most of the
submissions in that time. I am the DPA officer for my organisation (the Met
Office). I think I have a fair understanding of the Act, but I don't class
myself as an expert. I read the list so that I might learn something. And I
have!
