I would say the exemption for "journalistic purposes" would have
applied. After all it was partly thanks to this guy's case that whole
sections of the London Underground came to a grinding halt (even more so
than usual) so I think you could certainly argue that the public had a
right to know the details of the case. But in light of Naomi Campbell's
verdict last week, who knows what the law is this week as opposed to
last!!
