Our authority received an email from Experian at the end of last year
warning that their tracing system LINK may not be data protection
compliant. Has anyone else received such a message or know anything about
this issue? As there's no detail given as to why this system is non-
compliant, I'm a bit sceptical of there being an issue at all.
On another note, does anyone have examples of controller-processor
contracts that they would be willing to share?
Many Thanks
Stuart EP
