When reading through the summary/recommendations yesterday I got the
feeling that the inquiry members should have concentrated on
objectivity, should not have mentioned the family in emotive terms and
re-convened for audit and for the good of the community.

I was very interested to hear Bichard say on "Newsnight" that he owed it
to
the families to reconvene the inquiry in the new year to see what action
is
being taken on his recommendations - I've not heard of an inquiry doing
this before - Is it a first??

Good day,
Having heard the thing (report) all night on the news (and this
morning) it makes me think that once upon a me this country took its
vengeance out by writing to the "editor" of some newspaper. Oh well, I
am not going to write to the editor so I am ranting on list.
Now, it (the country) is becoming so blood thirsty. Vengeance and
vindictiveness is what I see and data protection is a mere
insignificance. Whitewash after whitewash and shameless politicians.
Oh yes, the home secretary will bring national id cards one step nearer
... and if you did not know the cards will have chemicals in them that
will control those that for their ill reasons *prefer* children.
Grrreeeeeat.
Charles
ps. Brother Ralph, if there is a prize for the longest signature you
must have it :-)
