I have been completely underwhelmed with their response to complaints
about non-provision of data in response to an SAR.
I've 3 complaints outstanding with them at the minute, for probably
close to 6 months, and they're ludicrously bad at keeping me informed as
to what's happening. When I've talked to them on the phone they accept
that the companies aren't complying, but don't seem to be able (or
willing?) to do anything to make them comply.
