Doesn't this depend on the test of necessity (regulation 4(e))?
Many situations will arise where one person asks an MP to act for them but
the "full picture" contains information about other people. Advice received
from the ICO is that to disclose information about others without their
consent could lead to breaches of the first and seventh data protection
principles.

It is easy to assume - and this applies to some of them as well - that MPs,
because of their special position, have special privileges when it comes to
information sharing. This is not always the case.
