live data. Maybe you should take a look at those.

Many thanks to you all who replied.
I also phoned the OIC who said there was nothing definitive in the Act which
states that you must not use live data but in view of the many security
issues i.e. corruption, wrongful disclosure, loss of data, etc there may be
a breach of the 7th principle and they would take enforcement action in that
event.
I wonder if this is not more of a BS7799 issue..........
