I do not disagree but then they would be guilty of breach of the
DP principles both in unfair obtaining and using for other than
the stated purposes.
Tim Turner rightly picks up the word "may" rather than "will".
What does this imply? Every call will be recorded but only "may"
be used for training? Or, we just occasionally record calls for
training? Or, if you are stroppy enough with our staff they will
draw attention to that call and we will have a good laugh abusing
you during a "training" session?
