That's what's going on underneath, but doesn't fit with their high
profile declaration that their responsibilities under DPA mean they'll
only discuss the account with *me*.
They should add the disclaimer that they'll only deal with me, *plus*
whole heap of (largely unspecified) "other people" as listed in tiny
print on the back.
