I believe that registered person may well be what is meant by 'nominated
person', the person within the registered body who has responsibility for
assuring compliance with the CRB codes of practice in the proper use and
disclosure of CRB material.
Is anybody aware if there have been any cases of misuse of that data, and
what actions may have been taken by the CRB in consequence to a breach of
their agreements? Given the time which has passed it would be most strange
if none have come to light..
