I just listened to the whole of the Law in Action program on Radio 4 only to be told that the item on the Data Protection Act will be broadcast next week.
Is this just lack of planning on the BBC's part or, after Hutton, are the BBC going to check what they are going to say with Downing Street, worried of attracting Mr Blair's displeasure!!
