Paul
As a countersignatory and member of a CRB advice group, my
interpretation is that S120 means that Registered Person is an individual
who is entitled to countersign the CRB forms therefore a
countersignatory. A Registered Body is an organisation entitled to issue
and sign CRB forms and ask exempted questions. RB's usually have a
number of Countersignatories.
