I would very much welcome any comments on the following (Friday) question I was asked
at a recent training session. I've had a look at the list archives but can't find any
discussion on this.
Should we provide any personal data about students if we receive a request from the TV
licence enforcement people?
My initial thought is that we could under section 29(c) if they are asking for the reason of
"...collection of any tax or duty or of any other imposition of a similar nature" but is a TV
licence fee such a tax, duty or other imposition?
