We are opening our new customer contact centre in the next few weeks. I have
raised the issue of signage, telling people about DP and their rights etc
Has anyone any views on this, or any examples that they have.
I am now erring n the side of having a notice at each station, so that
people can ask questions if they need to?
Your views would be appreciated.
