No details of what the case was about have been reported that I have seen so
far.
Equally I have not seen any details of why the HIV condition of the witness
was relevant to the proceedings being reported.
Odd that two of the most important pieces of information in determining if
the actions of obtaining and testing the blood sample without consent were
compliant with any DP exemption have not been released.
