It wasn't the IC's decision, it was the three Lord Justices who heard the
appeal case.

The Durant Case will, in my view, increase DP burden. Increasing refusals
to search for information will have the DP lobby up in arms and seeking
assessments. The IC has said common sense should prevail relating to DP -
or is this Friday talk? Durant creates more uncertainty and more requests
for clarification. Is the IC seeking to increase his empire to deal with
this ever increasing self produced workload? Gis a Job!, I can do It!
