It's usually the "subscriber" who has the right to opt out. So it will
probably depend whose name is on the bill, who has the right to cancel
the line, make other change like moving from "BT Together" to "BT in the
Altogether" (special calling plan for naturists). <it's Friday>

I doubt it. This is one of the reasons why spam opt-out lists won't work
- you need to register every address.

I'd take the direct approach and try registering each DDI number until
the TPS reacts in some way.
