Is this a data protection issue at all? These are formal proceedings,
they're 'on the record',a written transcript is to be produced, the
student will be present and hear what everyone says. I don't see that
DP features at all (even under pre-Durant rules) unless the alleged
offence involves personal data about someone else - such as another
student - in which case having the consent of _committee_ is neither
here nor there.
