I would be worried if my bank did not have a two-tier system in place! Who
do you bank with?!?!
My provider allows me to log in using a 16 digit userid and a password. I
can then see my statements and account in general. However once I decide to
move money in any way I have to insert part of a different password (e.g.
type in the 1st and 6th characters of your password), to verify that I am
allowed to move money.
I would not be happy with a single security layer....
