Thank you for your replies...........I also think the Housing Association are bound to discuss the individual's circumstances with the Police if he is being rehabilitated for risk assessment purposes so is it really a dp issue. Also has the partner got consent to see the information although as far as DP is concerned, an address can identify an individual and therefore the aprtnr may be identified.
I think the best route would be to have a meeting with the Police.......but all once again, thank you for all your replies.....
