Can anybody assist with identifying the difference between a photograph and
a video/cctv recording within the DP definitions of personal data?
Reflecting, obviously, physically one is more of a momentary snapshot rather
than a moving, complex and detailed recorded set of images, but logically
defined within DP, what difference is there?
I personally cannot see one, but I trust there is one somewhere, although
perhaps I have missed something in the detail.
The paradoxical issues always seem the most difficult to perceive, perhaps
it is because they are all around.
