Now that we have had a day to digest the Commissioner's guidance on the
implications of Durant for the definition of 'personal data' do
colleagues think that exam scripts are still covered by the Data
Protection Act? I am having difficulty in seeing how they (a) are
biographical and (b) have the individual as their focus.
But if they are not personal data, what is the point of the Schedule 7
exemption for them?
