Doesn't quite work out like this - students from the Isle of Man aren't
eligible for DSA.

Gibraltarians are not eligible for the DSA, Gibraltar not being one of
the islands that make up the UK. Which are England Scotland Wales,
Northern Island, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, which one must have
at least three years residency of to be eligible for funding. Whether
Gibraltar has a DSA equivalent I couldn't say, but I very much doubt it
