Suits me. I've always been a firm advocate of HEI's handling DSA funding
in it's entirety. As we all know, funding for disabled students is far
more abundant and effectively handled in FE :/

LEAs are very powerful bureaucracies. In many regions they are the main
employers, control our lives, and are used to tell us what to do (what
colour paint our doors!), and, it is very difficult for them to not to
tell
us how much we should charge to provide support to disabled students. In
many cases, their attitudes are appalling. HEIs need to gain some control
of
